What this site is

Offices Daily is an editorial archive of office fit-out projects, published with the permission of the studios and photographers credited on each project.

Who owns what

Editorial text is © Offices Daily. The photographs are not the site’s: they remain the copyright of the listed studio and/or photographer and are published under licence. A credit accompanies every image, and requests to license photography are referred to the copyright holder.

Reusing content

You may share links freely and quote briefly from the text with a prominent credit and a link to the original page. You may not republish photography without permission from its copyright holder; remove or obscure credit lines; scrape, harvest, bulk-download or reproduce the archive at scale; compile its contents into datasets; or use any part of the site or its images to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. Automated access for search-engine indexing of the public site is permitted.

Submissions

By submitting a project you confirm that you own the material or have the rights holders’ permission to share it, and you grant Offices Daily a non-exclusive licence to publish it with full credits (studio, photographer, location, size, sector and year), including in the newsletter and on the site’s social channels. Copy may be edited for style and length; publication is at editorial discretion; submission and publication are free.

Advertising and sponsorship

Paid placements are always clearly labelled, in line with the CAP Code requirement that advertising be obviously identifiable. Editorial coverage cannot be bought, and sponsorship never determines the daily selection.

Corrections and takedowns

If a credit or project detail is wrong, email hello@officesdaily.co.uk with the page address and the correction; credit corrections take priority. If you are a rights holder and believe material is published in error, email the page address, identify the work, and state your connection to it; substantiated requests result in prompt amendment or removal.

Accuracy

Project information is supplied by studios and rights holders and published in good faith. It is checked against the material provided but not independently verified, and corrections are invited.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, interfere with operation, harvest data or content, or submit material you lack rights to.

Liability

The site is provided “as is” and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Offices Daily accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on its content, from third-party sites linked to, or from interruptions to availability.
